Composting Worms

1) We use red wrigglers either the Red Worms or Tiger Worms.
2) Their estimated life span 4-8 years
3) Their structure is made of 70-95% water with a balance between protein, fat and minerals absorbed from the soil.
4) They can up to 1/2 their weight per day when they are moody but on normal circumstances they can eat almost their weight.
5) Their best temperature should not exceed 30 Degrees Celcius.
6) They need bedding(we provide the initial bedding made of coconut husk) and food( your waste at home)
7) They love to be in the dark and left there.
8) they require 70% moisture to breath because they breath from the skin.

13) Manure ( well aged)
14) Tea leaves / teabags and coffee grounds
15) Vacumm Cleaner dust or hair clippings
16) Torn up newspapers
17) Egg shells (crushed)
18) Pizza cartons (soaked first)
